Please ensure that all engraving information is accurate and consistent with your award certificate. As production takes approximately 14 weeks, early reservation is strongly recommended. All reservations must be completed by 31 October 2026.

How many trophies do you want to order?

Trophy orders require 14 weeks to be processed, engraved, and shipped.
The information engraved on the trophy will be: Designer’s Name (Professional Group) or Company Name (Company Group), Award, and Year of Award.
If there is a shortage of raw materials for the trophy or the trophy cannot be produced in time, the Organizing Committee will notify the applicant first. If the applicant agrees to cancel the order, any trophy ordering fees paid will be refunded.

Terms and Conditions *

The trophy information will be based on the information provided above. Please double-check it after completion. The applicant shall be responsible for any damage to the trophy caused by errors in the information provided.
After the trophy has been dispatched, the C-IDEA Organising Committee will send a courier/tracking message to the email address provided in the application. The C-IDEA Organising Committee shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the trophy arising from incorrect address information, failure to collect the trophy in time, or loss of the trophy by the courier company.
